We needed a range at the last minute on a weekend. First place we went was Monroe furniture. We had gotten our fridge there six months prior and liked the service. Emily helped us find exactly what we wanted, we got a good price and it was delivered three days later! The delivery guys even swept up after them! We’ll definitely go there again!

I went shopping there with my son. He bought a very nice bed there and he loves it. It's a Serta Euro, $399. He paid a little extra for them to take the old mattress and for delivery was free. Spell people are very eager to wait on you but do not hassle you which we like. We are very well satisfied customers... there's something to be said about Small Town shopping, its always a pleasant experience 🙂

Ran there yesterday to get new mattresses for my kids. I was approached and helped less then a minute after entering into the store by Brooke (I think). I had my 2 wild children with me and she was super polite and made it quick and easy to pick out 2 mattresses and get out of there. Also Jess kept my kids very entertained with the cute and very friendly puppy dog while I was paying for everything. The staff was wearing masks and had hand sanitizer at the counter. They brought the mattresses right out and loaded them up in the truck for me. Friendly, easy and fast service which is what I needed yesterday, thank so much.

I love this store! The furniture selection is very updated and prices are so good. I recently bought a very large sectional that was special ordered and some tables. I am so thrilled with my purchase, the quality, and the service that I received. It is amazing to find such a great store located in the small town of Monroe. There isn't any need to shop in a bigger city when you can do your business here! 5 stars.

We had previously visited other furniture stores to inquire about these items and just had horrible experiences with other sales teams and price offerings. At Monroe Furniture Center we were assisted by their sales team member, Carmen, and she was absolutely FANTASTIC to work with!! She listened to what we were looking for, offered great suggestions, assisted us in getting a great deal, and had a great, caring personality that showed through when talking with us. I have always received outstanding customer service at Monroe Furniture. I have known the business owners & for over 20 years & purchased a variety of furniture. The prices are very good & the quality is always exceptional to endure the test of time. The sales professionals are always well trained, friendly, & helpful. A couple of days ago, I purchased another new queen size mattressed & box spring. The sales associate who helped me was great at helping me with my choice based on my needs & price rather than just selling what she wanted me to buy. Just received a new couch yesterday - it came in earlier than expected, was delivered on time, and looks great! Very excited to have a reclining couch for the first time ever! The experience with Monroe Furniture was excellent. Very helpful in store, purchase process was smooth, and we got exactly what we wanted through a custom order. We bought a bed from Monroe Furniture a couple of weeks ago. Prior to stopping in at Monroe Furniture, we had gone shopping in Madison, thinking we would have a better variety and a chance of a better price. We dealt directly with Jerry when we stopped in at Monroe Furniture, found the same bed that we had found in Madison, but for about $1300 cheaper (with some sales that were going on). We had great service, saved money, and the bed got delivered the next day!! It pays to shop local!

Great selection of furniture! The staff are friendly and helpful, but not pushy. Our furniture was delivered much sooner than we thought it would come. The delivery men were professional and timely. Appreciated the fact that even though we live 45 minutes away, there was no delivery charge. Love our new furniture! Couldn't be any happier!

For years I have purchased furniture, mattresses, etc., from Monroe Furniture and have always been very satisfied with their merchandise. Top quality. And the staff is very helpful too. But today hit an all-time high. In quick need for a Maytag repairman, Jerry Beckman sent out a repairman from Don's Appliance Repair...same day, and fixed my Maytag. I can't speak highly enough of Monroe Furniture and Don's Appliance Repair Thanks for the good service..
